When you write

It helps to include:

• What you were doing and what you expected to happen.
• Your device model (iPhone, iPad, or Mac) and its iOS, iPadOS, or macOS version.
• The Once Upon an Ear version, shown under About in Settings.
• For a book that will not play or import, the file type (M4B, M4A, MP3, FLAC, or zip).

Your books

Your books, your place, and your bookmarks are stored only on your device, and deleting the app deletes them. Swipe a book away in the library to remove it and its bookmarks yourself. Your listening totals stay until you erase them from the listening stats screen.
